What is check in/check out time?
Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out is at 11 a.m. Should you require a late check-out, please contact the front desk.

Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
All three of our properties are non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred.

How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
Free Wi-Fi is available at Cocca's and Travelodge.

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Each of our three properties offer access to a fitness centre / equipment, free to use for our guests.

Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
No, we do not have room service in any of our hotels / holiday home.

Do you have a business center?
Yes, we provide a business center and business services including fax, copy and printing on the first floor, adjacent to the front desk. There may be a charge associated with these services.
Transportation/Directions

How do I get to the hotel?
Please see our location on Google Maps on the page of the hotel / holiday home. Just below the map is a link to Directions on Google Maps. Or just call us and we'll help you with directions.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service; however there are taxis available at Albany County Airport for approximately $15. Lyft is also available in the area. They have a contract with the airport, so guest can book with them. Uber is not available at the Albany airport but they can drop off guests there.

What is the nearest landmark?
Our Albany hotels are located just about 300 yards from Colonie Center.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Free parking is available to our guests at our hotels and holiday home. There is a charge for each day of parking when not not staying on property.
Reservations

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Please contact the website with which you made your reservation. In the future, book direct with us and we will happily make any changes you need in speedy fashion. Plus we will offer 10% off the online rate if you book directly through us.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
A valid credit card is required for all reservations. Your card will NOT be charged until you arrive, or you may pay cash. All reservations must be cancelled within 24 hours of check in date. If this does not occur, a fee of $25.00 will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room. If a reservation is a no show, then the total of the first nights stay will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room.
All cash payments will require a security deposit.

What is the minimum age requirement to check into the room?
You must be 21 years old to rent a room.

Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
We do require a photo ID at the time of check-in for all reservations.

Do you have connecting rooms?
We do have a few number of double and connecting rooms on property. This is on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Do you have Accessible rooms?
Yes, we have few accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bath tubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower.

Do you have an early departure fee?
An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may apply on all reservations.

I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
For all billing issues please contact the hotel reception.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We accept all major credit cards.
Pets

Are pets allowed? What are the charges?
We allow cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per room for up to 3 days. There is a $10 plus tax fee, per pet, per day. Pet owners will be asked to fill out a waiver accepting responsibility for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the hotel.

Steps away, about 20 feet in front of the hotel.
